Limits of Detection
Throughout the Price List the figures in brackets after element symbol are lower limits of detection for that element/method combination in parts per million (i.e. mg/kg for solid samples and mg/l for solutions) unless otherwise stated.
Detection limits quoted are those that can be realistically achieved under normal routine operating conditions.
Lower limits of detection may be achieved for some elements under special operating conditions. Occasional difficult sample matrices may result in the need to elevate some detection limits.
