Genalysis Laboratory Services is pleased to announce that Tyrone Cowland has been appointed to succeed Tom Rowlands as Manager of the Johannesburg sample preparation facility.

Tyrone has been employed by Genalysis Laboratory Services in Perth since 1997, both in Sample Preparation and more recently Information Technology roles. In 2004, Tyrone assisted with the installation of the Johannesburg facility and later deputised for Tom whilst he was on leave. Tyrone has received tertiary education in both Geophysics and Information Technology. He will take up his new position effective 11 April 2005.
Genalysis would like to thank Tom, and his wife Evelyn, for the excellent job they have done in establishing/managing the Johannesburg facility during the term of their contract. They are returning to Perth to continue employment with Genalysis.
Additionally, we would like to advise all clients that the installation of a separate clean low-level sample preparation facility in Johannesburg is well advanced and should be operational by the end of April 2005.
