Genalysis Laboratory Services Pty Ltd (Genalysis) is pleased to announce that the Intertek Group plc (Intertek), a leading international provider of quality and safety services to a wide range of industries, has acquired Genalysis through its Caleb Brett Minerals division.
Intertek provides analytical services to the world’s mineral, ore and mining industries with facilities in Indonesia, China, Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Brazil and North America.
The acquisition by Intertek will complement Genalysis’ existing global mineral analytical services, by providing access to extensive resources, while preserving the Genalysis identity. The current management and staff will continue to provide quality and personalised analytical services to the mineral exploration industry, as they have for the past 32 years.
