Intertek Launches eReporting Pro - new innovative software for accurate and fast technical services reporting

Houston, Texas – Intertek, a leading quality solutions provider to industries worldwide, announces the launch of eReporting Pro, a new innovative software system that ensures inspection, expediting and technical auditing report accuracy and speeds up the delivery of report findings.

While traditional reporting usually takes days from the time of technical service execution, such as inspection, to the time the report is sent to the customer, eReporting Pro allows the company’s Technical Specialists (TS) to compile report data at the customer’s worksite and generate accurate reports in real time.

Intertek’s unique electronic reporting system is accessible via tablet or laptop and this convenient access allows the TS to both compile and send a report while still at the customer’s worksite. eReporting doesn’t simply capture checklist data and post it into a matrix or spreadsheet, but it creates the actual report in the preferred format.  The logic-based reporting sequence directs the technical service activity, populating the report progressively as the TS completes the data fields.  The TS can also include photographs, signatures and attachments within the report package.
