Intertek achieves accreditation for ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management by the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board

Lowell, MA - Intertek, a leading quality solutions provider to industries worldwide announced the approval by the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) to be accredited to the ISO 9001:2015 standard for Quality Management Systems.

Since its inception 25 years ago, ISO 9001 has become the world’s most popular standard, with more than 1.2 million organizations from around the world holding certifications. The standard was revised in September 2015 to include a new high-level structure allowing for easier integration with other standards, as well as a stronger focus on assessing risk and improving process efficiencies for continual improvement.
