Exporting Ceramics to Egypt - temporary import ban now lifted by the Egyptian Ministry of Trade
The Egyptian Ministry of Trade’s decision to temporarily ban the importation of Ceramic and Porcelain Tiles into Egypt for a period of 3 months starting from 24th December 2020 in accordance with Decree 642/2020 has not been extended.
Therefore, shipments of Ceramic and Porcelain Tiles classified under the WCO HS Code 6907 are permitted to be exported to Egypt until further notice.
